This book a great book to read, I enjoyed it a lot. It is basically about a horse farm and all the consequences happening in that farm. If you read this book then start off with the first book and then it will be more easier to read the rest of the series.
The book that i just finish reading is the 19th book of the series. Its about Amy who knew exactly what she wanted to do after she graduate from high school - to stay and work at Heartland full-time but then things about to change when she had the opportunity to consider her to go to college, Amy had a tough decision deciding but she had come to a conclusion.
There are far more exciting scenes other than that, it is a really good book to start reading. It is full of exciting things and really well describe scene. I'm not sure of the genre of it though....Overall it is a amazing book to read.
