This book is about the battle of La Drang during the Vietnam war from the perspective of the first and second battalion of the 7th airborne cavalry regiment. My favourite character was Harold G. Moore (he was there) for his bravery and leadership under fire from over 2,000 people trying to kill him. My least favourite character was the war itself. ALOT of people died in the Vietnam war and it was just horrible. My favourite moment was when the battle was over. over 1000 died so the end was great. Overall good yet, bloody book (napalm=HURT)
