Skulduggery Pleasent: Playing With Fire
This is the 2nd book and is just utterly superb. its funny, wity, adventurous, action packed and crazy.
The people of this book are always on and humor is a big part. like when interrogating a suspect, skulduggery threatens to have the suspects brain sucked out.
also when he arrests the man determined to bring the apocalypse he says “You’re under arrest for Murder, attempted murder, conspiracy to murder and littering”.

Skulduggery is definately my favourite character for his great jokes, guns and the fact that he is dead.
This book is also set in Ireland which i think is better than it being set in America or Britain because those are where i thought the book was set in until Valkyrie said Dublin.
Overall, 9 out of 10.
